Lunchtime Lecture – WWI and West Baton Rouge Soldiers

The West Baton Rouge Museum is pleased to welcome genealogist, West Baton Rouge Historical Association board member, and retired educator, Ellis Gauthier to speak as part of the museum’s Lunch Time Lecture Series on Wednesday, November 29 at Noon.
Mr. Gauthier will present historical information on West Baton Rouge Soldiers in World War I. His presentation is being offered in conjunction with the commemoration of World War I and with the national traveling exhibits, “Over Here” and “Over There” on loan from the National Archives.
This program is part of World War I and America, a two-year national initiative of The Library of America presented in partnership with The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, the National World War I Museum and Memorial, and other organizations, with generous support from The National Endowment for the Humanities.
Admission for this program is FREE. Audience members are welcome to bring a bag lunch.
